Bukopin also has built a network of micro-banking-named "Swamitra", now numbering 543 outlets, as a form of cooperative programs and partnerships with microfinance institutions.

With a more solid capital structure as a result of the implementation of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in July 2006, our bank continues to develop its operational program priorities by implementing appropriate short-term strategy that has been prepared carefully. Implementation of the strategy is aimed at ensuring compliance with comprehensive banking services to customers through a network connected nationally and internationally, a diverse product and service quality to a high standard.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)

A development program prepared by the company to prepare candidates to fill managerial positions. Candidates will receive comprehensive training over 9-12 months consisting of classroom training, on-the-job training, and marketing assignment.

Placement : All branch offices in Indonesia.

• Fresh Graduate
• GPA 2.7 (Univ Affairs) / 3.0 (Univ Private)
• S1 all the majors
• Have work experience
• Maximum age 27 years

General Requirements:
• Responsible.
• Having good interpersonal skills.
• Having good integrity, discipline, and highly committed.
• Having a strong orientation towards the customer.
• Having a strong will to learn and work to achieve the best results.
• Ability to work in teams and work with individual targets.
• Candidates not been dishonorably discharged from the institution or the Government or Legal Entity Private.
• Having a certificate of good conduct from the police
• Healthy in body and spirit: not color blind either partial or total, free from the influence of narcoticsand other additive substances.

• Having an attractive physical appearance.
• A ble to communicate well in English
• Willing to be placed in all branch offices in Indonesia
• Have the experience, interest and desire to develop a career in marketing
